What it is

Four ways to log a meal

Search the food database, describe what you ate in your own words, photograph the plate or scan the product barcode. From text or a photo the app drafts the entry; from a barcode it pulls the nutrition values straight in.

How it works

A diary and recipes that work together

Meals are grouped by part of the day, and each one shows calories plus protein, carbs and fat in grams.

Recipes with tags

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Tags like Under 10 minutes, Recovery, High protein or Carb loading.

The card tells you upfront

Time, servings, calories and macros before you even open it.

From recipe to diary

The detail has ingredients and method, and a finished recipe goes into the diary with one tap.

A 30 day meal plan

Based on your goal, target weight, foods you like and avoid, and allergies. These are meal suggestions as inspiration.

The whole Nutrition section is part of the PRO subscription. Players in a paid team get it as part of the team plan.
